Stop Suffering and Start Living

Feeling sluggish and tired all the time. Any feeling, if it be physical or emotional is experienced through our bodies and by applying these simple tips for living a healthy life, the way you feel will vastly improve.

Take the following 10 Steps to start living a healthier life.

  1. Drink plenty of pure water throughout the day.

  2. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

  3. Stop eating junk food, which is usually processed food containing preservatives.

  4. Exercise 3-5 times per week, helps to prevent heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure.

  5. Drink less Alcohol, this not only ads calories, but can cause liver problems.

  6. See your doctor for regular check ups (at least once a year), check your blood pressure, cholesterol etc.

  7. Eat less saturated fat, which is found in fast food, snacks, cakes and dairy products. This type of fat raises high blood cholesterol levels.

  8. Get plenty of sleep at least 8 hours.

  9. Take a multivitamin daily.

  10. Learn to laugh more, rent funny movies, hang out with friends and have fun.
